The American Clearinghouse on Educational Facilities is a collaborative project at Tarleton State University funded by the U.S. Department of Education.  ACEF provides a variety of publications to support, and inform public early childhood schools, K-12 schools, and institutions of higher education regarding the planning, design, construction, improvement, maintenance, financing, and operation of educational facilities. ACEF also provides publications regarding school safety and green school initiatives.
